Job Summary

This role is perfect for a proactive IT Support Specialist in Berlin who enjoys hands-on, end-user support without being confined to a desk. You will be responsible for managing and resolving all IT issues for a traditional Berlin-based company, focusing on dedicated service for VIP users. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating service appointments, installing and configuring hardware, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support, and managing PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key qualifications include a completed IT specialization degree (System Integration or Application Development) or equivalent, multi-year professional experience in IT support, and strong command of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and SAPGUI. The position offers a permanent contract option after an initial placement period, providing stability and the chance to work autonomously in a professional environment.
