Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician to join a leading Managed Services provider in Frankfurt am Main. The technician will be responsible for managing and resolving IT support requests directly at the user's location, ensuring high service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Daily tasks include logging and managing support tickets, diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues, and providing user training on new systems. Key qualifications include strong competency in current Windows operating systems, fundamental knowledge of MAC OS versions, experience with workstation installation and customization, and routine use of asset management processes and ticketing systems. This position offers a secure, long-term perspective with the possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract, 30 days of annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
