The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure, including server and storage systems. Daily tasks involve performing repairs, conducting error analysis, developing solution concepts, executing configurations, and managing incidents via ticket systems. Key responsibilities also include structured cabling, managing server-rack layouts, and planning/executing server and datacenter relocations. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of server and storage hardware (IBM, Sun, Dell, HP, Cisco) and proven experience diagnosing and resolving network and server issues.
