Job Summary

This role as an IT Specialist in Munich offers the opportunity to join a leading IT company specializing in customized IT infrastructure solutions, helping businesses drive digital transformation and increase efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial First- and Second-Level IT Support, contributing to system performance reviews, identifying root causes of poor performance, and implementing optimizations. Key duties also include managing the problem management process for incidents and handling the installation, configuration, and updating of workstations. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, requiring a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist certification) and proficiency in both German and English, alongside strong technical and organizational skills in IT Service Desk operations.
