Job Summary

This role is for a proactive IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support, joining a leading European IT company in Stade, Germany. The core responsibilities involve providing 2nd-level support in a production-related environment, independently analyzing and resolving IT landscape disruptions, and managing hardware/software installations and configurations. The technician will also handle incident processing and answer specialized technical questions from users. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (such as IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist in System Integration), deep expertise in Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise, log analysis, and IP networking.
