This role is for an Onsite IT Support Technician based in Donauwörth, joining a market leader in Managed Services. The position focuses on providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer site. Day-to-day responsibilities include structured and careful processing of various IT support requests, such as B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, implementing individual project orders, and delivering comprehensive solutions for Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Key qualifications require practical experience with standard Office and Adobe applications, strong customer orientation, and fundamental knowledge of current operating systems, especially Windows, along with extensive hardware expertise (PC, notebooks, and IP telephony).
