This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Augsburg. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT services for a major corporate client, focusing heavily on hardware rollouts, managing Workplace Services, and delivering essential Onsite Support for approximately 3000 Windows clients. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware issues at the Service Point, managing inventory, and handling goods dispatch. The position requires a formal IT qualification or equivalent experience, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and foundational experience in networking (Layer 1-3) and industrial IT hardware.
