The IT Service Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring various hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving faults within complex IT environments, and providing expert IT support to end-users. Key responsibilities include developing solutions for technical problems, answering specialized IT support questions, and meticulously documenting all work steps. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and excellent customer communication skills.
