Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hamburg, focusing on delivering high-quality IT support and infrastructure management within a leading IT solutions and service management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client systems, including installation, configuration, incident management, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software. Daily tasks involve resolving various malfunctions, replacing damaged hardware, setting up new devices, and administering client and peripheral devices. Key qualifications include a technical IT background (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and professional experience in user support, hardware/software installation, and IT rollouts.
