Job Summary

This Senior Onsite Support role, based in Geretsried, offers the opportunity to join a successful nationwide IT service provider, initially via a temp-to-perm contract. The position is central to maintaining the company's technical infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the network and server infrastructure (including server rooms), administering the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams), and providing essential hardware installations and technical support. You will also be responsible for monitoring support tickets via ITSM systems, coordinating IT procurement, and managing software licenses. The ideal candidate possesses formal IT training or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional experience as an IT specialist. Essential technical skills include deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, storage systems, TCP/IP, networking, and firewall administration.
