Job Summary

This critical role involves taking overall responsibility for the stable and secure operation of the IT landscape within a leading European textile manufacturer. The Head of IT will provide both technical and organizational leadership to the internal IT team, manage external service providers, and actively develop junior IT talent through structured coaching. A major focus includes overseeing the ongoing ERP implementation, managing subsequent rollouts, and ensuring efficient user support and process optimization across all business units. The successful candidate will drive IT strategy, manage the budget, and lead essential IT projects related to infrastructure, applications, data protection, security, and disaster recovery. This position requires a hands-on, pragmatic leader with strong communication skills and expertise in modern IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments, ideally within a mid-sized company setting.
