The IT Service Desk Engineer serves as the primary point of contact for all user inquiries and technical disruptions, ensuring smooth daily IT operations. This role focuses on 1st-Level Support, requiring the classification, documentation, and prompt resolution of IT problems, alongside the necessary escalation of complex issues to higher-tier support or external partners. Key responsibilities include the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT end devices such as notebooks and smartphones, active involvement in IT asset management, and crucial user administration tasks like on- and offboarding. The ideal candidate must possess a completed formal IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience in Windows environments, Active Directory, and M365 Administration. Strong communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role, which offers a permanent contract and continuous professional development.
