Job Summary

This role involves managing and executing bioanalytical projects, focusing on the quantification of small-molecule active ingredients according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. The Project Manager acts as the responsible scientist and Principal Investigator, overseeing project planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing bioanalytical protocols and reports, monitoring method development and validation using (U)HPLC-MS/MS, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's or PhD in a natural science discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry) and must have fluent German and English skills. They will also be responsible for client consultation, preparing cost estimates, and representing projects during customer audits and health authority inspections, requiring strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

Master of Science or PhD in Natural Sciences (e.g., Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biology)

Experience

  • Practical experience with modern chromatographic methods coupled with Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
  • Practical experience in Peptide Analysis using LC-MS/MS (desired)
  • Experience in relevant control and evaluation software (required)
  • Practical experience with pharmacokinetic evaluation software (beneficial)
