Job Summary

This role involves the scientific leadership and management of bioanalytical projects focusing on immunogenicity. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on bioanalytical projects using Ligand Binding Assays (LBA) and cell-based assays. You will serve as a Principal Investigator under GLP and GCP standards, overseeing the development and validation of methods for large-molecule drugs. Day-to-day tasks include providing scientific support to technical staff, reviewing analytical results, and ensuring project capacities are met. You will also collaborate closely with Business Development to consult with clients on project designs and cost estimates. The position is highly attractive for scientists looking to combine high-level immunology expertise with client-facing project management in a regulated environment. Required Skills

Education

PhD or Postdoc in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry) or a comparable background.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in bioanalytics with a focus on immunogenicity (ADA, NAb)
  • Initial experience working within GLP/GCP environments and following regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA)
  • Proven experience in scientific project management and team coordination
  • Professional experience in immunology and immunological methods
