Job Summary

The Technical University of Dresden is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate, PhD Candidate, or Postdoctoral Researcher to contribute to cutting-edge millimeter-wave chip design for 6G radio communication. This role involves analyzing, designing, and testing highly efficient, adaptive multi-path millimeter-wave power amplifiers, including smart power dividers, adders, mixers, and baseband amplifiers, integrating them into complete transmitter systems. The focus will be on 60 GHz circuits using advanced silicon semiconductor technology like SiGe BiCMOS, aiming to significantly improve energy efficiency for future 6G wireless communication. The successful candidate will engage in circuit design (analysis, simulation, layout), measurement, optimization, scientific publication, and conference participation, with opportunities for further scientific qualification like a PhD or Habilitation. This position offers a chance to work on environmentally friendly future technologies within a leading research group.
