Job Summary
This critical role involves implementing measures for professional development and securing the specialized workforce, particularly for socio-educational professions within Berlin's public sector, focusing heavily on childcare. The specialist will manage strategic and operational tasks, including clarifying workforce needs, contributing to official statements and parliamentary mandates, and maintaining statistics on workforce recruitment and retention. Key responsibilities also include the content-related and organizational preparation of expert committee meetings, monitoring project progress, and executing recruitment measures with a focus on public relations, such as organizing trade fairs. Candidates require a relevant higher education degree (Social Work, Education, or Administration) and professional experience in workforce acquisition or training programs. Education
Completed (Technical) University Degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Childhood Education, Social Sciences, or Administrative Sciences. Fulfillment of civil service requirements for the first entry level of career group 2 (Social Service or General Administrative Service) for Beamte.
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in workforce acquisition, training and labor market promotion, or further education in socio-educational fields/professions
- Professional experience in public administration (implied by Beamte requirement)

- Must submit a certificate of qualification evaluation (long version) for foreign university degrees (ZAB required). Must submit all documents in the German language.
