Required Skills

Education

Completed (Technical) University Degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Childhood Education, Social Sciences, or Administrative Sciences. Fulfillment of civil service requirements for the first entry level of career group 2 (Social Service or General Administrative Service) for Beamte.

Experience

  • At least three years of professional experience in workforce acquisition, training and labor market promotion, or further education in socio-educational fields/professions
  • Professional experience in public administration (implied by Beamte requirement)
