Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support as an IT Client Technician for a leading European IT service provider, supporting a major federal IT center (ITZ Bund). Daily responsibilities include efficient ticket processing, rapid problem resolution, and hands-on device management, such as installing and imaging end-user devices using deployment tools like SCCM. You will manage client assets, maintain customer databases, and handle the setup, cabling, issuance, and retrieval of workstation hardware. Key requirements include a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), three years of experience in technical IT support, and strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, MS 365, and Active Directory. This full-time position offers a competitive salary (€38,000 - €40,000), regulated working hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm), modern facilities, and excellent potential for a permanent contract with the client company.

Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
