This role involves providing specialized IT support, focusing primarily on diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues across Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end ticket management, documentation, and follow-up within the CRM/ticketing system, ensuring technical problems are analyzed and escalated appropriately. Key requirements include a background in IT systems integration or a comparable qualification, strong practical experience with Apple hardware diagnostics, repair processes, and ecosystem features (Apple-ID, iCloud, backup/restore), and excellent knowledge of Apple operating systems. The position demands a high degree of customer orientation, adherence to data protection and security standards, and strong communication skills to explain technical issues to clients both on-site and remotely. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in handling Apple hardware, including diagnostic and repair processes
  • Experience with Apple-ID, iCloud, Backup, and Restoration processes
  • Experience in ticket processing, documentation, and tracking within a CRM/ticketing system
