Job Summary
This role involves providing essential remote support within a large enterprise environment for a leading German IT service provider. The IT Helpdesk Agent is responsible for receiving software and hardware disruption reports, prioritizing, classifying, and processing these incidents using a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include performing initial error analysis, implementing appropriate measures, and providing remote support, including identifying and implementing first-level solutions. When necessary, the agent escalates incidents to specialized downstream units. Key qualifications include an IT education (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Assistant) or equivalent experience, strong IT affinity, and proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, customer-friendly, and fluent in German with good English skills, offering an attractive opportunity with long-term perspectives and comprehensive support.
