Candidates must have professional experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and networking. A critical aspect of the job involves strict adherence to the highest security standards and mandatory rotating shift work (morning, late, night, and weekends) and on-call duties to maintain continuous data center functionality. The position requires effective customer interaction skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
