Job Summary

This critical role requires a highly driven, self-managed Data Center Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) to ensure 100% uptime of all customer-supporting infrastructure within a data center environment. The EOT is responsible for delivering best practice systems, problem resolution, and maintaining all electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including UPS, MV electrical systems, generators, and cooling systems. Day-to-day tasks involve frequent site interventions, critical switching activities, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and executing planned preventive maintenance to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of electrical competencies, enjoys a hands-on capacity with M&E infrastructure, and is committed to driving continuous improvement and promoting a world-class safety culture.
