Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Manager specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS), focusing on maintaining and optimizing these critical logistics systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing requirements, collaborating closely with business departments to define system improvements, and overseeing Change and Release Management processes. The manager will ensure smooth daily operations, provide 2nd-level support, coordinate external service providers, and maintain comprehensive service documentation. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Logistics, combined with professional experience in IT/Logistics, strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes, and technical understanding of ERP/SCM landscapes.
