Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing a critical Supply Chain Management (SCM) system and its associated processes. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, including requirements management, system optimization, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Key activities include planning and executing Change and Release Management, coordinating deployments, and providing 2nd-level support for system and process-related issues. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in IT or a related field, have professional experience in IT Service or Application Management, particularly within SCM or Retail environments, and demonstrate strong knowledge of ITIL processes. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English to effectively manage internal stakeholders and external service providers.
