Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for IT Service Operations and Management, specifically focusing on Application Services across key business areas like Purchasing, Logistics, HR, and Finance. Day-to-day activities include documenting the application landscape, visualizing dependencies, and defining KPIs and SLAs to measure application performance, stability, and maturity.
