This role involves managing and optimizing the Document Management System (DMS) and its associated processes within a full-time capacity near Dortmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end application management, including requirements definition, system optimization, and ensuring operational stability. Key daily tasks include collaborating closely with business departments to define needs, executing Change and Release Management according to defined processes, and providing 2nd-Level support. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT Application Management, specifically focusing on DMS/ECM systems. Expertise in ITIL principles, regulatory compliance (DSGVO, GoBD, ISO 27001), and proficiency with tools like Jira and Power BI are essential, making this a crucial role for maintaining and improving the company's information management infrastructure.
