Network and Systems Engineer | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves developing critical network architectures, routing concepts, data flow diagrams, and communication matrices specifically for customer-specific vehicle systems within the Electrics/Electronics domain, driving the future of automotive technology. The Network and Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring function, performance, and IT security while strictly adhering to established engineering and release processes. Key daily tasks include defining and managing the TCP/IP Layer architecture, configuring and analyzing Ethernet networks (including VLANs), and ensuring optimal network functionality across various protocols (DDS, ARP, IP, DHCP, TCP/UDP, Routing, DNS, CAN/CAN-FD, RS-232). The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in fields like Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, possesses deep experience in network technologies and TCP/IP architectures, and is comfortable coordinating system architecture, managing interfaces, and acting as a technical point of contact for mobility projects. Excellent German and English skills are required, along with a readiness to comply with specific security and compliance regulations.
