Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support for a successful IT service company focused on Managed Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for operational 2nd-level issues, managing and maintaining client and server systems both on-site at customer locations and within the data center, and independently performing IT system maintenance. A key part of the job is planning and executing new system installations and meticulously documenting all completed work. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent) and several years of experience in user support or 2nd Level IT projects.
