Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support for a successful IT service company focused on Managed Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for operational 2nd-level issues, managing and maintaining client and server systems both on-site at customer locations and within the data center, and independently performing IT system maintenance. A key part of the job is planning and executing new system installations and meticulously documenting all completed work. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent) and several years of experience in user support or 2nd Level IT projects. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Client Networking, Microsoft Server, WLAN, Office 365, and Windows 10. Experience

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Systems Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Merchant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable training/professional experience in the IT sector
