Job Summary
This role involves working as an Onsite 1st Level IT Support Specialist in Pforzheim, supporting a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. The specialist will be responsible for providing critical client support within the Windows environment, managing and prioritizing technical inquiries from various departments, and independently analyzing and resolving complex IT and user issues. Key responsibilities also include the maintenance and functional testing of meeting room technology, presentation systems, and media equipment. Candidates must possess a technical education, practical experience in Client Support and ticketing systems, and foundational knowledge of networking (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP).
