The IT Technician will manage support tickets, ensuring swift resolution for hardware, peripherals, and software issues, particularly focusing on Microsoft Office Suites and Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and higher) within a networked environment. A key function includes managing software distribution using tools like SCCM, Altiris, and Ghost, and maintaining proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing). The ideal candidate must bring at least four years of professional IT experience, excellent knowledge of software distribution technologies, backup systems (VEEAM, Veritas), and strong expertise in antivirus technologies (McAfee ePO, Symantec). Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory, making this a crucial role for supporting executive-level operations within a global technology leader.
