Job Summary

This role involves providing specialized IT support focusing on Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors for a global technology leader. The technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of new IoT hardware directly at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prioritizing user support tickets related to IoT devices, meticulously logging progress, and collaborating with technical specialists to diagnose complex issues. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer orientation, and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, global team spanning multiple countries. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both German and English and possess foundational experience with hand tools and basic tracking using Excel spreadsheets.
