The core focus involves the operation, monitoring, and high-level support of critical Cisco Voice and Contact Center solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous analysis and troubleshooting, particularly for Severity 1 incidents, utilizing UC monitoring and management tools. You will collaborate closely with external providers and OEMs to ensure rapid incident resolution and contribute to vital Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans within the voice environment. Key qualifications include formal IT training, proven professional experience in voice systems operation, and expertise in Cisco Voice/UC technologies. Success requires excellent analytical strength, a solution-oriented approach, and the flexibility to participate in shift or on-call duties, ensuring robust infrastructure stability using established ITIL processes.
