Key daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, systematically logging support requests, and meticulously documenting all completed work. Candidates must possess professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10, and excellent German language skills. Education

Experience

  • Initial practical experience in user support
  • Professional experience in the IT environment (alternative to formal qualification)
