This versatile 2nd Level IT Support role, based in Munich, requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced situations. The specialist will be responsible for managing and documenting all support processes within the ticketing system, scheduling appointments with end-users, and providing hands-on assistance with IT component setups, dismantling, and relocation. Key day-to-day tasks include performing basic installations, software assignments, and setting up PCs, notebooks, and monitors directly in the customer environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar qualification, coupled with practical experience in a Workplace environment, including 1st or 2nd Level Support (remote or onsite). This position offers a strong perspective for long-term collaboration, flexible working hours, and the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification

Experience

  • Practical experience in a Workplace environment (e.g., Onsite Service, User Support)
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd Level Support (remote or onsite)
  • Experience using a ticketing system (desirable)
