Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Network Technician passionate about networking, offering a long-term perspective in Munich or Nuremberg. The core responsibilities involve maintaining and operating critical network infrastructure, specifically focusing on Cisco routing and switching systems. Day-to-day tasks include processing incoming fault reports via a ticketing system, configuring and operating network management and monitoring tools, and participating in various network projects. The ideal candidate will possess professional experience in the network environment, particularly with Cisco and TCP/IP, and ideally hold a CCNA certification. This position requires working within a team-internal shift model covering service times from Monday to Saturday, managing access technology based on copper and fiber optics, and ensuring reliable network operation.
