Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT Service Technician to join a renowned IT service provider in Munich, supporting diverse client companies. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT support, including analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, primarily supporting users with Microsoft Windows and MS Office products. You will be responsible for managing the entire IT documentation via a ticketing system and handling incoming requests at the First or Second Level Service Desk/Helpdesk, depending on the project and your expertise. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), along with knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (Windows 7/10) and MS Office Suite, coupled with experience in on-site service or user support.
