Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician responsible for delivering comprehensive IT services directly at the client site. Day-to-day tasks involve executing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), Onsite Swap, and BreakFix services across client, server, and network environments. You will handle hardware installation, setup, dismantling, cabling, function tests, and documentation, alongside performing 1st and 2nd Level Support, error analysis, and repair. Key qualifications include an IT education or at least one year of practical IT experience, coupled with strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and MS Office applications. The position also requires experience with ticketing systems, asset management, and providing Smart Hands Support. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with competitive pay and a high potential for permanent placement within a rapidly growing IT service company.

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent IT qualification

Experience

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in the IT environment (within the last 3 years)
  • At least 3 years of 2nd-Level-Support experience (within the last 5 years) OR current manufacturer certification
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation workflows
  • Experience in installation, repair, upgrading, and cabling of hardware and software
  • Experience leading small installation teams (optional, implied by 'Rollouts or also as leader of small installation teams')
