Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking a challenging position within a leading global IT service provider, focusing on infrastructure services for major companies. As an IT Support Technician, your daily responsibilities will center on providing Second Level Support, performing installation, configuration, and replacement of various IT devices, including fat/thin clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. You will be responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting, especially concerning mobile devices using Android and iOS, and managing network connections and IP addressing. Key requirements include at least one year of recent practical experience in the IT field or a relevant completed vocational training, alongside professional experience in 2nd Level Support and familiarity with ticketing systems. The position requires fluent German and basic English skills to effectively support users and project teams, ensuring technical work steps adhere to predefined processes and SLAs.
