As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive 2nd level client support within a large-scale IT infrastructure environment. Your daily activities will involve imaging and deploying client systems for both Windows and Linux environments, as well as the physical installation and configuration of hardware including notebooks, desktops, and monitors. You will handle software installations, troubleshooting, and general user support both remotely and on-site. A significant portion of the role involves 'break-fix' services, hardware maintenance, and documenting all technical activities within a ticket system.
