Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional looking to join a leading global IT service provider, supporting infrastructure services for large enterprises and the public sector. The IT Technician will be responsible for the physical installation, setup, and connection of various IT hardware, including PCs, printers, and monitors. Key daily tasks involve performing hardware upgrades, basic repairs following instructions, and managing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), Onsite Swap, and Break/Fix tickets according to defined service levels. The role also includes providing 1st Level Support for end-users regarding simple technical issues, assisting with IT relocations, conference room services, and Smart-Hands tasks. Candidates must have an IT qualification or at least one year of practical experience, possess knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ticketing systems, and be proficient in both German and English.
