As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for first-level client support within a global technology leader's onsite team. Your daily responsibilities include receiving and processing incident reports, managing service requests, and providing hands-on support for standard applications such as MS Office and current Windows operating systems. You will handle the physical installation, replacement, and troubleshooting (Break-Fix) of hardware devices while ensuring all activities are meticulously documented within a ticketing system.
