Job Summary

This role involves providing specialized, high-touch IT support and end-to-end assistance for VIPs and executives at a leading international IT service provider in Leverkusen. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and requests, offering personalized consultation and user training, and providing technical service such as Break-Fix, OS/Application changes, and proactive maintenance. The technician will also manage spare parts, asset data, and provide onsite and remote support, including covering important VIP events and preparing for business travel. Key requirements include a relevant IT education or one year of recent professional experience, strong general IT skills, proficiency in Windows, and excellent communication skills in both German and English. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, offering non-standardized support and project assistance in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Education

Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in an IT-related field

Experience

  • At least one year of professional experience in the IT field within the last three years
  • Experience in BreakFix / Swap Service is advantageous
  • Experience in providing IT support for executives or VIPs is advantageous
