Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Technician looking to join a leading, independent IT infrastructure service provider supporting major corporations and the public sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and cleaning returned hardware, creating detailed error descriptions for faulty equipment, and performing basic configurations and installations. You will also be responsible for setting up, connecting, and commissioning new IT products, as well as packaging and preparing devices for shipment, ensuring meticulous documentation and data maintenance within customer systems. Key requirements include at least two years of professional experience in an IT environment, strong hardware knowledge, familiarity with common Microsoft operating systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. The position requires physical resilience for handling IT equipment and a careful, structured approach to work.
