Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support within a corporate environment, focusing on client device management and infrastructure maintenance for a leading IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for handling support tickets using an ITSM system, preparing, imaging, and installing client devices (Windows 10/11), and managing machine accounts within Active Directory. Key day-to-day tasks include hardware deployment, asset management, and setting up/dismantling workstations, including cabling. The ideal candidate must possess at least three years of professional experience in an IT technical environment, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and experience with SCCM for operating system deployment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German are essential for effective user interaction and ticket resolution.
