Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Hamburg, focusing on providing 2nd Level Support for Windows and iOS environments. The core responsibilities include hands-on diagnosis, troubleshooting, error resolution, and installation tasks (Break & Fix, IMAC, H+E). The technician will handle technical inquiries, manage tickets, and support network and telecommunication requests, often working directly on-site with customers. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent professional experience, expert knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, and familiarity with Active Directory and standard software like Microsoft Office.
