Job Summary

This role involves joining a supportive team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on providing Managed Services for industrial clients, including Client Support, hardware provision, and network monitoring. As an IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in various IT Support projects, executing technical documentation within a ticketing system, and delivering crucial on-site support for Windows Clients, iOS devices, networks, and telecommunication systems. A key part of the job is managing inquiries in 2nd Level Support. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed IT education or equivalent professional experience, strong command of Windows 10 and common MS Office applications, and B1 level English skills.
