As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will be crucial in providing 2nd Level Support, handling IT support tickets related to IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), Hardware/Spare Parts (H+E), and Break/Fix (B/F) tasks. Daily responsibilities include performing onsite support directly at customer locations and implementing individual project orders within the network environment, utilizing modern ticketing systems. Key qualifications include formal IT training (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or equivalent experience, coupled with solid knowledge of current Windows operating systems, networking, iOS, Office products, and PC/mobile device hardware.
