Job Summary
This role involves joining a team of specialists dedicated to maintaining highly complex client environments, specifically at Frankfurt Airport. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems, addressing customer inquiries remotely and on-site. Key day-to-day tasks include processing service requests and incidents using specialized tools, troubleshooting hardware and software issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and installing and deploying IT hardware. Additionally, the role involves managing user rights, policies, and software usage through systems like Active Directory, software distribution, patch management, and antivirus solutions. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft Client applications (MS Office/Office 365), and strong proficiency in both German and English.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Salesman, or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in applying established IT processes and implementing service concepts
- Experience in fault resolution for hardware and software within the scope of Second Level Support
- Knowledge in supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Client applications
