Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First Level IT Support within an innovative, international environment in Munich. The specialist will be the primary IT contact for employees across the EMEA region, focusing on resolving hardware and software issues, configuring IT workstations, and managing systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients, managing software distribution using tools like SCCM, and providing support for standard Office applications. The ideal candidate must have a successful IT vocational qualification or equivalent experience, profound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory fundamentals, and expertise in telecommunications and network protocols (LAN/WAN). This position offers a secure, full-time contract with the option for permanent employment takeover, flexible working hours, and opportunities for mobile work, allowing continuous skill development within diverse IT projects.
