Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join the support team of a prominent marketing company in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support, assisting users personally with technical issues, and meticulously documenting all technical work steps. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining Windows clients, printers, network components, and telecommunications equipment, as well as contributing to the implementation of various IT projects. Key qualifications include a completed professional IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and practical experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and iOS operating systems. This position offers a varied workload, predictable working hours, and excellent prospects for long-term employment, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
