Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Service Technician based in Hamburg seeking a challenging and varied position focusing on onsite client support for renowned industrial companies. The core responsibilities involve the operation and maintenance of client systems and applications directly at the customer's location. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing operative 2nd Level Support, and managing technical issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications components. The successful candidate must have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, initial professional experience in user support, and strong German language skills. This full-time position offers flexible working hours, development opportunities, and is initially offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
